Koolduct Ducting System

Koolduct Ducting System is an alternative to traditional galvanised ducting and removes the need for separate insulation. It is made from factory applied aluminium foil faced phenolic foam board which gives excellent thermal performance, water repellant features and good fire properties combined with fibre free construction.

Green Contract Services can offer the manufacture, supply and fitting of the Koolduct System with the following advantages:

Koolduct is a pre-insulated ducting system manufactured into lengths and mechanically joined together using aluminium flanges. It has exceptional strength to weight ratio and weighs only about 14% of uninsulated metal ducting so it can be fitted in 3m lengths saving on handling and fitting costs.
The system meets the requirements of the NHS CO2 specification and thermal insulation for air conditioning systems to BS5422.
Green Contract services utilise the latest CNC cutting machine technology to produce precision quality components efficiently time and time again to ensure the highest of standards are maintained.
We are able to supply Koolduct on a supply and fix requirement or if you so wish a supply only basis (subject to you completing a basic Kingspan Koolduct Installation Course)
